Rushworth Easter Heritage Festival

We are already getting organised for 2010 and have sent out letters asking for sponsorship.  Rushworth and Community Bank have leapt in with an offer to fund a circus workshop which has been happily accepted.  So if you ever wanted to learn to juggle, spin or diablo come to the Easter Festival next year.  And GREAT EXCITEMENT - on Easter Sunday will be the Working Draught Horses Muster at Moora (7km from Rushworth).  A wonderful chance to see these magnificent gentle giants working the old farm machinery.  There will also be gypsy caravan and wagons.  These shire horses will be taking part in the Easter Saturday street parade and there is a surprise organised with this group.

The Cirque Mystique performance will be from 3pm-4pm at the Rushworth Town Hall at the top of High Street.

ADMISSION IS $10 PER CHILD (UNDER 15) ADULTS ARE FREE IF ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE CHILD!

The performers this year are 'Absolute Acrobatics'  who perform gravity defying feats of strength and balance; Mr Piccoloon the MC, comedian and magician; and Jacinta Rohan who is  performing two acts - hula hooping with contemporary dance and as a contortionist with different moves from last year.

Bring the kids, bring yourself and thoroughly enjoy this entertainment.
